Convert your Subscription from standard Paper Hardcopy to the new E-zine online version.

If you would like to convert your subscription to our online e-zine from the standard paper copy version, complete the form below and hit the "submit button". We will then add your name to the e-zine subscribers' list and you will receive issues by e-mail notification as they become ready. Because the e-zine version is less than half the cost of the paper copies, we will increase the length of your subscription accordingly.

The remaining time left on your subscription will be doubled; that is, if we still owe you four more paper copies, then that would become eight e-zines.

  • For your convenience we are now incorporating automatic subscription renewal. When your subscription runs out, we will automatically renew it for an additional year and bill your credit card for $25.00, the price of a year's subscription to H&W's standard paper version. If you would prefer that we do NOT renew automatically, please check this box.
