It's really easy to convert your on-line e-zine subscription to a paper hardcopy subscription. Just click the link below. This will take you directly to the new paper issue subscription form, and this will start a new paper subscription for you. Please note that producing and mailing paper copies is much more expensive than making downloadable on-line copies so if you do wish to convert to paper, it is definitely to your advantage to let your on-line subscription expire first before converting to the paper copies. Likewise, it is not financially possible to offer lifetime paper hardcopy subscriptions, and likewise the paper subscriptions are only available for USA residents because of the much higher postal rates for mailing outside of the USA.
