Convert your Subscription from the E-zine to standard Paper Hardcopy

If you would like to convert your subscription to our standard paper hardcopies from the on-line E-zine, complete the form below and hit the "submit button". We will then add your name to the paper subscribers' list and you will receive issues by 1st class postal mailings are they become ready. Because the paper version is more than twice the cost of the online Ezines, we will reduce the length of your subscription accordingly. In some cases, it may be necessary for you to renew before receiving paper copies.

The remaining time left on your subscription will be halved; that is, if we still owe you four more Ezines, then that would become two more paper copies.

  • For your convenience we are now incorporating automatic subscription renewal. When your subscription runs out, we will automatically renew it for an additional year and bill your credit card for $25.00, the price of a year's subscription to H&W's standard paper version. If you would prefer that we do NOT renew automatically, please check this box.
